First and foremost, Happy New Year to you and everyone around you! We believe the term “2020 Hindsight” has just taken on a new meaning. While it was an extraordinary year, hopefully upon reflection it was also insightful. We’d love to hear from you two things:

  1. What did you learn in 2020?
  2. What are you most hopeful for in 2021?

Here at Baird, and more specifically within The Hock Group, we are excited about many things going into 2021, and we want to share a few of those things with you:


Baird Online and Baird 360 Wealth continue to expand capabilities, access, and wealth management tools to support our partnership with you. website has converted to a new platform with easier navigation, new links to research and information, and our very own BLOG (you must have found it) which includes many of the past emails and positive thoughts from 2020 to add content. We are excited to share more positivity going forward.


Our focus as CFP practitioners has always been on planning. However, in 2021 we intend to focus in further on your specific wealth management phase, leveraging our vast resources when it comes to investment consulting and advanced financial planning. Look for more communications, opportunities to engage and be educated, and take advantage of access to our breadth and depth of knowledge available as a client of The Hock Group.


While you experienced a heightened level of communication through the middle of the pandemic, we’d like to reiterate our meeting/communication plan to make sure we are meeting or exceeding your expectations at all times. You will continue to receive email communications, invitations, etc. from us as we find email to be a very efficient way to deliver a uniform message instantaneously, while still being able to track and document that communication. You are always welcome to reply to that with specific, even off-topic, inquiries or personal updates. We are optimistic about the vaccine rollout, but also intend to discourage in-person meetings or events, likely until at least mid-year. We have found very effective ways to conduct telephone and video reviews, share documents, and utilize technology tracking and scheduling to be as efficient a possible delivering advice. Because of this continued distancing, we want to remind you of the ways to contact us directly so that we may respond efficiently to your service needs:
